Hi,

As per title. Looking for a Cyberstorm 060 PPC would prefer a Overclocked example. Or Warp Engine 060 again overclocked.
Will be fitted to a Tower 4000D setup.
Needs to be in a Fully functional state.

Thanks.

Edit: * Now Found one outside of Amibay *

@Boing-ball you may want to state if you are happy to except a warp engine in its original form with an 040 because warp engines were never sold originally with an 060 and require an 040 to 060 adapter. this way you can go from there to upgrade it to an 060

Thanks for the tip 👍🏻 I wasn’t aware of that. But would would prefer a Warp with a 060 fitted.

Cheers. Have seen that one. Problem is it only has 1 SIMM socket working. The rest are broken. Plus 040.
SIMM socket replacements aren't too bad, I wouldn't let that deter you. Also, this revision of the Warp Engine is easy to install the 040-060 adapter. This card could be pretty sweet! You also get SCSI2.

The CSMK2 is interesting because you can (safely, in my experience with the proper mask 060) overclock the CPU to 100mhz and still have SCSI and all other features of the card working. I ran one like this for months without issue.

The RAM is slower than the CSMK3, there is no CyberVision capability, and you get SCSI2 vs SCSI3, but...other than that, I found it to be an excellent CPU card!

Need the CSPPC version as I have a AmigaOS 4.1FE setup as well as WarpOS on Amiga OS 3.2.2.1

Gotcha! I was just suggesting the CSMK2 since you also expressed interest in a Warp Engine.

Hi,

I have a CS MK III PPC available, still in my 4000 and it works great...
have had it for many years, no problems and I did not use it
very much, and it is not overclocked.
Details and pics upon request.

Hiya,
Just pulled mine out of storage. I’ve a stock cyberstorm ppc 604e/060 128mb and a cyber vision ppc that I’ve owned since new. From White Knight ltd if I remember rightly.

Let me know if your still looking, I spun it up a few years back but didn’t have a mouse of all things, to check ppc. I picked up a usb version but never got back to it. Only thing that’s odd with it is a slight bow at the front, I guess that’s from plugging the cybervision in, as it had no support.

Proof of ownership is a requirement if the buyer is interested. (y)
