Looking to trade my phase5 Cyberstorm MK II for a WarpEngine.
The card comes complete with box and manuals, as well as a set of floppies. Also included are two single-sided 16mb SIMMS.
The card works without any incidents or exceptions in my Amiga 3000d and 4000d machines.
The clock chip and voltage regulator are still sealed with the phase5 seal (although broken in one side, it’s still intact one the other side, and thus proves it’s original)
The CPU is the rev1 68060 with FPU and MMU.
Now for the less-than-stellar part:
1. The card connector to the motherboard has been reflowed in the past by the previous owner. No idea why. Has zero negative impact on functionality.
2. The previous owner has also had the CPU either replaced or just removed, as the CPU socket has marks from tools other than the cpu extraction tool. I WILL REPLACE THIS SOCKET FREE OF CHARGE, for a pristine, new-old-stock 223 pin socket, should the next owner request this.
I am only looking to trade for a MacroSystems WarpEngine, complete with box, manuals and floppies
Any version will do; 3025, 3033, 3040, 4025, 4033 or 4040.
Will also take a Blizzard 2060, here no box or manuals are nessessary.
For those interested; I already have two WarpEngines, and would like to concentrate on just the WarpEngines. And they have the cooler sounding name!
