Yes, DCE produced some 66 MHz versions with socket. Friend of mine have one too.

Sticker on the back clearly says 1260/50 so must be overclocked.

Oscilator could be, but for sure socket is original, no signs of additional welding.

Yes, this is the tower version and without any cooling the CPU gets very very hot, with the risk of not being stable at 65 Mhz. At least mine wasnt.
