If you were that friend (or trader) and you were directly linking to a specific item (or narrow search) in response to a request for such an item... generic page links are generally not likely to be approved.
Other than that, offsite links should be pretty much restricted to informational links relating to specific items/topics or, of course, information/illustrations in your own listings.
Also: Welcome to Amibay Remik, your translation skills might well come in handy.
