The only news I have is, that according to my intel, they were delivered on the 10th, which is very unlikely, since I posted them on the 7th.
So 2 or 3 days later sounds more plausible, but maybe John can give more info?

Here here, I was already surprised by the lack of reactions, but now I'm starting to see why...
John, you could have contacted me earlier, but that's all in hindsight, and hindsight is a beautiful thing.
Looks like somebody ****** up, and I'll start an inquiry.

Just filled in the form, and surprise, surprise........ Can do it online nowadays.
Let's see what they'll say, didn't insure it, so they have some leverage, but I'm some kind of a JTNS, so stay tuned..

Just got a reply, and that on a Saturday...
And it seems that they still employ retards, because she said that it normally takes 2-3 business days, but the 7th was on a Friday, DUH!

I was also told that they can do nowt for me, because there was no signature option, makes me starting to wonder what the track & trace is for then..icard
My best guess is still, that it's stuck somewhere over here, and never left the country.
Will do another inquiry, odds are that it'll be handled by someone who does know what customer service means, been there, done that before.:roll:

Got some more news today, but unfortunately it doesn't solve the issue..
The package seems to have been delivered, and I don't know if anyone was present at that time, but over here it's common practice, that it gets delivered at the neighbours, and the recipient gets a note about where it is.
So I don't know whether it works the same way in Brum, but it could be worthwhile to make an inquiry at the delivery bloke, providing that he still has some recollection about it, since it's been 2 weeks ago already...

A proper bummer indeed, I just checked the int. parcel tracking site, and it says delivered @ 10:30 AM.
It's a shame that it's so long ago, but despite the fact that a signature was not needed, I know for sure that it's being scanned at delivery, and that must be in the system.
I don't know if RM has the same lousy CS (used loosely) as their Dutch counterpart, but you might want to check if they can fill you in on what happened, and where it went wrong.
All parcels are being tracked, so the trace must end somewhere, that's no rocket science.
