I agree with Charlie due to the camera thing. Often there are scenes where the referees seem to be blind. Lampard's goal was the hardest mistake I've ever seen in soccer. I doubt that England would have win because of this goal (and this opinion isn't why I'm german, really), but it's a scandal that this one doesn't count.

Mexico on the other hand had a lot chances to cause more problems to Argentina. There was a lot of bad luck and lack of skills of course, starting with that offside goal.

I'm sure there will be some improvement in FIFA rules very soon about that camera thing...at least it's needed.

... but it was a bad design as both teams would've had an disadvantage.

Of course we plan to plant some extra vuvuzele speakers and buzz-amplifiers to enhance the experience.

I also have a gut feeling Germany is going to beat Argentina in the quarter finals, i'm quite surprised by Germany, although they always grow into the tournament.
 
Maybe everyone should leave non-soccer comments out of this.

Some of us like to watch the game for fun, cheer for their own country but respect others.
And getting drunk while doing all of the above, which in the end is what counts :D

Chilie played well but Brazil were in a totally different class today.

Also kudos to the referee and the linesmen; they also had a good game.
