Beaps just paid me in Paypal and forgot to add his fees, so I just went to issue a refund so he could gift it or pay with the fees added and paypal wont let me refund the full amount, only minus fees!

Robbing s keep the fees when you issue a refund!????

Please make sure you include the fees or gift payments or I will not receive your full payment this side.

Edit - PayPal have always refunded fees for me previously, even the correct percentage when offering a partial refund. Could this be anything to do with the currency?

Possibly, I dont know if Beaps started off with a different currency before paying in dollars, all I know is that it came in dollars, and a fee was removed, then the refund action was only allowing a refund minus the fees.

I havent refunded it since we'd both lose out in the process. But please be mindful of this when paying ppl.
