Try typing 'new' followed by a space into it.

I get 'new old stock' as an auto-complete. I haven't ever searched for new old stock, so presumed it was a new feature of the site.

Aww, well it woulda been good if it were true. I guess the norty piskies have been looking for new old stock in my name again.

Are you sure it's not your browser doing that? I get autocompletes from Firefox, but nothing from Amibay (I verified this by trying it with Javascript off and getting the same result.)

I can confirm we have no auto complete feature on Amibay in the search box.
