Hi guys, not been on in a while! Nice to see the site has had an overhaul in my absence...

Anyways, just wanted to report that I have finished my degree. I didn't get the mark I hoped sadly, due to a lot going wrong and losing a ton of time I needed for some of my projects which became a little overambitious. :picard

I am now however an Apple registered iOS developer and come graduation month, will have a bachelor's in computer science. I plan on doing masters at some point in the future, where hopefully I will have a chance to redeem myself.

Anyways. Hope everyone is well... I have some catching up to do...

Congrats!!! bravo-2.gif

Congratulations. Now you can relax a bit before looking for the rare commodity these days.. a job!

BTW, you said you didn't get the grades you wished for? But then said you were planning to do a masters later. You need at least a 2:1 to do that... at least I did when I did my Masters in Graphic Design - Electronic Visual Communications some years ago.

Congratulations! Since I got a bachelor in computer science (many years ago) I know that this is a great satisfaction!
Enjoy your success just... for a bit (anyway... not more than half byte) and look forward to new successes!

Many congratulations, AmiNeo, and it's nice to see you back!

Congratulations, Dave! Delighted to hear you're all done! Are you planning on sticking about in Chester? Would be cool to meet up for a beer or two again some time soon if you'd like?

But then said you were planning to do a masters later. You need at least a 2:1 to do that...

Well, that's the usual rule, but I've seen it broken enough times to know it's not a hard and fast rule. :)

Congratulations! Hard work is best when rewarded.
