Received mine yesterday, I have not tried it yet, didn't realise that a CD was required, where can I get this please?

Thanks

No worries at all, if you could PM me the details that would be fine.

Hi mate
You don't need a cd to make it work, just a tiny file to patch backup iso's before you burn them to DVD (you will need some kind of burning software, my favourite is imgbrn)

I will upload them both to the website when I get home from work, so you can download them. I can send them on a cd if you would prefer but they are tiny files.

Thanks again for the order

OK thanks uploading to web site would be great, thanks.

So I cant install original games using your card than? I have to use a burned ISO, is that right? does the PS2 boot from the card when it's inserted?

sorry but i'm new to all this.

The ps2 will boot the free mcboot menu screen, if the memory card is inserted prior to the console being switch on.

I have pm'd you. :)

Thank you very much, sorry for being thick, but I never realised that the PS2 was capable of booting from the memory card slot.

I've never had issues installing original games to hdd with McBoot, except cd ones, which mostly don't work either way.

ESR tricks the ps2 to thinking it's playing a DVD movie, so it only works with DVD's and not cd's, most ps2 games are on DVD though :)

Can someone help me out here im really struggling with this Free McBoot card, I can't seem to find HD Loader on there at all, I managed to figure out how to format the HDD, but HDLoader is not on the main menu list and I cant see how to install games, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: I emailed Mark from pstwo.co.uk regarding this and within literally 30 mins he emailed me back asking for my number, he then called me up and talked me though downloading HDLoader and copying it to my card! I think you'll agree with me that is superb after sales support, Mark is a really nice guy and helped me get HDLoader up and running, top stuff! Thanks Mark.

Please bump your threads only after two weeks, not earlier.

hey, sorry about the bump thing, (although this will be bumping lol) and I figured out the feedback system the other day, so have given feedback to all buyers! sorry man just a bit new to the site! won't happen again :)

I think you need a little reminder ;)

Slap accepted, sorry mate! :) will put the dates in my diary, forgot I replied to questions, that are a bump :)

I know this is technically a bump but instead of making a new post... Version 1.9 is available, previous customers who don't fancy installing the upgrade, I am happy to do it for you if you send your card in a SAE, http://www.pstwo.co.uk
Please don't get the hump with the bump, this is a genuine informational post. This is great news for ps 2 fans.
