Sold GVP 3001 series II

Hi.. I have here is a none working GVP 3001 series II (40Mhz). I did find a broken track. But I fixed that and still have a black screen. The CPU gets warm and other IC's too. But don't know what the problem is.. The card comes with the ram card with 16MB installed and it will come with 1MB 64pin Simms too, so being sold as faulty.. Maybe you can get someone to find whats wrong with it.. Oh.. The board comes with a 40MHz processor. Not the one in the pic..
