Hi.
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I've been a Commodore fan since I was 14, some 27 years now.
I spend most of my teenage years with a soldering iron in one hand and a scope probe in the other repairing most Commodore hardware as well as Spectrums, BBC's, PC's, power supplies and monitors.
I now spend my time buying faulty Commodore hardware from eBay and repairing it for fun.
I managed to get hold of some geniuine Commodore custom IC's from China recently, my best haul was a load of 6581 SID chips - well pleased with that.
I have a wealth of repair experience, so feel free to PM me, I'm always happy to help.
I'm a network / sever engineer by trade so also have a broad experience in networking - again, happy to help where I can.
I'll be listing some of my repaired hardware here - keep you eyes peeled.
Cheers,
BigDaddyCainer.
