Help with A590 repair

The 20mb Epson XT HDD in my A590 has died and I'd like to replace it with a BlueSCSI V2 from Flamelily - does anyone have any experience with them?

A couple of questions if I may:

I've seen that I need to update the A590 ROMs to v7 to support larger drives, if this is the case does anyone know where these can be bought from?

What size SD card should I use?

V7 ROMs received today from @BlindGerMan (thank you) and, with the help of a BlueSCSI V2 from Flamelily, my A590 is running again. Just need to see if I have any backup disks of the old XT HDD!
