As recommended by the Amibay staff, I'd like to introduce myself.
I'm mackbw and live in the northeastern United States.
It has only been within the last year or so that I've put together a small collection of Amiga parts to put together an A3000 that I can run Amiga Unix on. It's the most serious I've been about the Amiga. Years ago I did have an Amiga 1000 and a CDTV at different times, but not for very long - and I didn't have a great collection of hardware or software to go along with those computers at either time (I was in college).
Growing up I had a Commodore 64 and 128; and I have many fond memories of running a BBS and logging on to Q-Link.
Anyway, I'm looking for parts to improve my Amiga Unix machines. As I mentioned, I have my A3000, but I also have an Amiga 2000 I'm working on. I'll be looking for parts to improve performance of my A3000 and complete the A2000.
Thanks,
Mack
