Hi fitzsteve

Yeah, and I have same issue with the HDMI of the living room 46" LCD... I was about to be very disapointed when I decided to test on my small NEC multisync LCD 1550M that I just bought in USA, and I must admit the picture I get is very very neat.

... Of course Indy AGA is connected with original DVI connector + VGA adapter, not with keeper2k HDMI adapter. :(

Problem is how frustrating not to be able yet to have the neat installation that I want on a modern little LCD TV (bought on purpose!), with A600+IndiECS on VGA input and A1200+IndiAGAmk2 on HDMI input. :banghead:

Of course both should also be perfectly working in 256 colours thanks to the latests drivers and monitors... :p

Here is the A600 with IndiECS in 256 colours on the same monitor :

Did you note : 2 Mo chip ram free... while less than 1.2 Mo on the A1200 with SuperPlus 256 colours ! Well, I know : 256 colours is just for the fun...

Conclusion : like a lot of people, I'll have to wait for the new core + configuration software... and hope ! :coffee:

But so far I have a great waiting solution with both the A600 and the A1200 connected with a VGA switch on the NEC. Only drawback is I have to launch an automatic centring adjustment but it's quick... Not too bad in the end.

Glad to see you made some progress

Indeed we need to wait for the new Core & Tool :)

No I have better idea : I will execute the automatic centring option of the NEC monitor when the A1200 is connected, and because this resolution will be the same (800x600) for the A600, I can play with the Indivision ECS config tool to move the screen and save the settings... Fingers crossed it will work.

I cannot get this sodding thing to work!
Ive put the High GFX driver into devs/monitor and when I click on its icon nothing happens. The HD720 does nothing either. Only the test picture work?

Probably you have the new core, does it support these modes off hand? I don't think so you might need to use the config tool to create your modes.

I don't have any experience with the tool sadly.

Hello. Took awhile to get back to this one...

Ive finally for the res up to 1024 x 768 on my widescreen Samsung HDTV.
Looks great now and going online is much better.

The mode I'm using is called CXGHIGHGFX: Super-High Res. interlaced.

The indivision AGA MK2 preferences V1.1 Tool doesn't seem to do anything. Whenever I pick a setting either on amiga mode or vga mode I press apply and it does nothing. I then get a message saying "Can't open screen. Is this monitor driver installed?"

This software if not very intuitive either. It even confused the guy I spoke to at Amigakit.

Does anyone know how to use this tool?
