A blue case with black keyboard wouldn't be such a bad combination. They should really make a reservation for a reset button that would appear like a factory original.

This is so weird, with retrobrighting becoming commonplace I was only thinking myself the other day how cool it would be if someone could remould C64 cases and keyboard key tops...well that is one out of the two!

So would these cases come with the metal badge logos too?

He'd need to change the mold in order to do that. From what I know about molds, any changes can be extremely expensive.

It's nice that he's offering to use these for the community. He makes money and we get brand new cases! Someone mentioned that he also picked up the flatC128 molds. I really hope that's true.

at that rate it should probably exceed $35k ...

(over $28k now, just keeps going up....i think this one will reach $50k (which would be a sell-out i guess), in which case i think the C128s (and maybe Plus/4s) are probably guaranteed too)
