Aren't the sellers also supposed to leave feedback about the buyers ? I bought something, the transaction went trough successfully and i got no feedback.

Nobody said that this thread is about buyers only or sellers only.
Some sellers leave a feedback once they get paid, but most of the time they leave one once they have received from the buyer.
In your case i guess you will receive a feedback when you receive your Amiga and test the cable (i guess you were talking about this sale).
Sometimes they complety forget it and your feedback rings the bell for them to do the same.

But don’t forget, that if you buy more than once off something on a sellers page in spaces of time. Only 1 set of feedback can be left by a buyer or seller.

I think I'm owed around 30'ish feedbacks because of this problem.

Back on topic ... I always give feedback once I see from the postal tracker that the package has been successfully delivered.

I am new here and i already have one question ;-)
I got an offer for my request, product and price was good, i said i would buy it. Then seller asked if i want to see photos... i said okay... photos were fine too, i asked how to do the payment. Answer: "I decided not to sell at this time." Its frustrating. Is this reason enough for a neutral feedback?

There wasn't any transaction that took place, so there shouldn't be any feedback. Your frustration is understandable, but anyone is free to sell or not sell their items.
