Sold Mattel Aquarius Computer *faulty*

I have for sale a Mattel Aquarius Computer.

The computer looks in reasonable physical condition but I cant get a picture out of it The green LED comes on but nothing on the screen.
I dont know a thing about this so cant even suggest what it might be.

Yes I have, and swapped the ram with one from my working Aquarius, still no life

I will let you know how I get on - but I probably wont get chance to look at it for at least a fortnight.
