The number of available is how many i have ready to ship right now, i can build more but then there will be a few days longer wait. Can also add cable option to the non cable ones if they are more popular.

Yes you need your own raspberry pi.

It comes with the top and front panels and knob as pictured.

No for whatever reason postage to non EU countries cost less, it seems odd I know but it's correct as it's written.

It has a top cover and a front cover, which are made of PCB material. The case is not fully enclosed.
It looks and feels nice though!
