Meals booked for 15 peeps (numbers confirmed one week before) on Friday and again on Saturday night at the Plough (across the road from the saracens head)
2x take aways , 1x indian , 1x turkish and 1x bakery for afternoon snacks. Bar meals from the saracens head all day too.
that should keep us full of food.

So me and Mrs sphinx will be arriving on the Friday evening and checking into the Saracens head around 7/7:30pm so we probably won't be joining you guys for the Friday night. We will hopefully be joining you for the Saturday evening meal though 
Aimee is not coming due to a new baby coming soon so im bringing my eldest son Clayton we will be there 4pm ish Friday.

Sadly I cannot make it now... If anyone needs a room (prebooked already) at the Travel Lodge please PM me. I've already paid for it and would hate it to go to waste. I believe from reading the booking help that as long as you have the name and ref booked under it's fine but will confirm with TarvelLodge if anyone does want it. It's available for the Friday and Saturday nights....

Room should be ok, we have to change installers' at the last minute and they just give the other name at the hotel, we use prem inn but I'm sure they're all the same. (all our guys are called Jim now lol)
Anyway really sorry you can't make it, was looking forward to catching up.

Travel lodge is 5 mins from my house & 10 Mins from the pub ... with a pub half way to it as well.
The travel lodge has starbuck or costa next door and a buddies USA across the road ( a fast road having said that )
