If anyone is interested in restoring this, the way I see it in the photos this kind of damage can be almost fixed...
one only needs to use a drill on the rivets holding the tower parts, take off the bended metal parts (since nothing holds them together anymore) and just straighten them , using a simple press plate machine helps LOTS.
Then it's just a matter of assembling the parts and riveting them back into place.

Sure it won't be as good as new but it will look like 90% good and since the damage is on the bottom rear part it won't be noticeable ... with a little effort it can be done, surely noone would just scrap it!

£300 compensation has been sent to direktorn for the damage.

I'm aware of the fact that this is metal work. i have extensive knowledge about fixing metal and its not easy if you live in an apartment. I'm not 100% sure the motherboard components survied either. Everything could be done, a crashed car could be fixed with the right bodywork.

300 where accepted as we did not agree on a return policy.

I did not agree to pay return shipping but I did agree to refund in full and your original shipping which was not cheap. If you want heavy items shipped over seas why should the seller be responsible for expensive return shipping in the event of a return? You were asking me for £100 to send it back which I think is totally unreasonable!

I think the overall outcome and offers made were fair given the issues (damage) were outside my control.

I reiterate the option was always there for a full refund which is the most you can expect from any seller. If you buy from a shop and take something back would you ask them to pay for your Petrol used?
