If anyone is interested in restoring this, the way I see it in the photos this kind of damage can be almost fixed...
one only needs to use a drill on the rivets holding the tower parts, take off the bended metal parts (since nothing holds them together anymore) and just straighten them , using a simple press plate machine helps LOTS.
Then it's just a matter of assembling the parts and riveting them back into place.
Sure it won't be as good as new but it will look like 90% good and since the damage is on the bottom rear part it won't be noticeable ... with a little effort it can be done, surely noone would just scrap it!
