Awesome :)
I hope to setup a room one day too, but so far it's still crammed into tight places.

And with about 44 Amiga's it's a bit more of challenge.
My list:
- 2 x A1000
- 8 x A500
- 1 x A1500 (A2000, not checkmate)
- 8 x A1200 (Not counting an Eagle tower build in progress, it's missing it's backplane for the zorro cards)
- 12 x A2000 (1 A2000T Compz)
- 5 x A2500
- 3 x A3000D
- 3 x A3000T (1 Micronik, 2 original's)
- 4 x A4000D
- 4 x A4000T (2 Micronik's, 2 original's)
- 1 x CDTV
- 1 x CD32

I also have a couple of C64's with drives, 2 MSX1's and few PlayStation's and Xboxes.

Oops, forgot the most used , that's 8, so 52 in total, I thought I missed a few.

Well if I do want to put them all up with monitors, drives, keyboards and mice, so properly spaced, I at least need at least a room of 20 meters by 20 meters, so 4 times bigger than the current one.

Nice gaming room, nice relaxed 'vibe'

Does that A2000 actually get any use?

Yeah, I managed to get the original PC XT version of Castle Wolfenstein running on the bridgeboard last night! Holy Cyan/Magenta explosion Batman!

So after a month of retrobriting I have managed to sneak from the garage into the Commodore Cave without the Commander in chief (aka my lovely lady) noticing:

A600HD
A1200HD
A2000
C64c
Plus 4
Vic 20

and through the magic of RGB splitters they are all set up ready to go :D

Got the PC a the bottom hooked into the dsub on the A2k monitor so they can share a screen, PC is also connected to 1541 Mk11 for writing .d64 images. Managed to convert the internal PC 5.25 internal to an external by extending the ribbon cable and housing it in an old GVP C64 drive housing so the 286 bridgeboard is now in the beast.

Looking great! Really efficient.
What model is the Iiyama on top of the A2000? It's missing on image 3 :)

So, I have managed to sneak quite a bit of stuff out of the garage and into the gaming room without too much protest from the kids lol... the room has its own dedicated consumer unit for power thankfully lol but even so I had probably better leave it at that for now :-)

Thank you kindly... at the risk of sounding like an escaped mental patient, I have invested in blackout curtains for the patio doors in the gaming room lol!

Aysel that is a splendid room that you've there. What material is the superheroes poster made of? Vinyl, paper or something else?

Cheers!

Its a thick vinyl type material but is put on with traditional wallpaper paste, I got it from TescoOnline, dries really nicely with no bubbles and invisible joins... trust me Im a DIY numpty so if I can put it on and it looks ok anyone can

Well after just 30 years of waiting I finally got my mitts on this beauty :-)

P2165274.jpg

I needed more desk space to squeeze her in as I want to have a bash at a few 128D related projects so boxed up the 600, 1200, 20000 and Pet for a while as they dont get used so much where as the others get plenty of attention :D

Post re-jiggerisation

The wife suggested that while they were boxed up I should sell them rather than put them in the garage with the other stuff... needless to say I have now hidden the key to the garage lol
