Hey finally got around to installing it, question about the middle pcmcia light. Doesnt seem to do anything when a card is in? any idea as to when this light activates or is mine just faulty

Cool project! I'm have a question about the fitting. I measured the square holes for the LEDs on my 1200 and they are about 16x2.3mm. Are you using three 5x3mm square LEDs in line for this replacement?

it fit without the need of modification. The dimensions are 5x2mm.
