Hi guys,

I have for sale this bundle
ZX Spectrum + with extra composite port and on/off switch (when used with power supply)
and
Opus Discovery with 2 diskdrives
The Discovery is modified; the video port was taken away and a db-25 connector was soldered to
the lpt port. The joystick port moved around the corner. I don't know why this was made.
I have checked both drives and they showed directories of inserted disks.
From drive 1 I loaded a game (first picture).
All spectrum keys work.
The set needs some cleaning. Capacitor check would be also a good idea.
Nothing more included than the the two mentioned items.

I'm asking EUR 200,00 + p&p
No paypal, only bank transfer please

Opus only

Opus only

Hi, would you be interested in selling the Opus Discovery only?

Hi Guys,

I won't split! But I would offer both items *including* insured shipping via
DHL with tracking for EUR 270,00 !!!

Ok, thanks, although I don't understand the rationale... Why can't the buyer and seller negotiate? Is there concern that the negotiations get too complicated? I would understand such a regulation on ebay, which is a profit-oriented platform, but Amibay doesn't take a part of the selling price, does it?

New price!

I also would like to have a mgt sam coupe, maybe a swap is possible!?!

Hi all,

meanwhile the set is sold outside amibay. Can I close this thread somehow? Or has this to be done by a mod?

Best regards!

The reason for the restriction on asking for splits, is purely to protect the sellers. Many know that they could get more by parting out their items, but choose to sell in one go because they want to get rid of the whole collection in one go, possibly for simplicity.
In order to lessen confusion, and annoyance to the seller, and other buyers, we simply state that you cannot ask for a split. If a buyer wishes to split a collection, that is upto them, but they must then list a price for each part.
I hope that answers your question.
