What is Pay After Delivery?

Pay After Delivery gives you 14 days for your item to be delivered before you pay for your purchase. There's no cost to you - because the money is deducted from your bank account, there's no credit check and no credit card fees.
How it works

  1. Click the "Enroll" button to sign up for the Pay After Delivery service – there is no cost to you.
  2. Add and confirm your Bank Account so that you can take advantage of Pay After Delivery.
  3. PayPal will pay the seller immediately, but will not deduct the money from your bank account until 14 days later.
  4. We'll send you a reminder email four days before we deduct anything so you won't find any surprises.

the last 4 steam games i got used this and i just used ebay to pay for a part too

what do you think of it?

good idea but also a bad one cuz if you have no money on the date they take it out then you will get a letter from your bank which is extra charge for you.

might be a good idea for something like software, but not so good for hardware if your the seller.

have to say i prefer paying it when i have it..
id rather find my self £x short because i bought something then something happend. "wife went shopping"
Rather than find my self £x ammount short + £20 over drawn.

my bank lets me put the money in to my account for 1 day after i became over drawn if i dont manage that then £20 gets added..

I've tried it but I think I'll be ditching it as, like Shambles said, you pay for something. You forget about it and then 14 days later you get a nasty shock.

This just encourages people to spend money they don't have (or at least well before they have earned it), it's just another greedy tactic to make more profit at the expense of society by big business by offering credit.
