Why have you detached the scan doubler?

As has already been pointed out, the card was probably used in an Amiga 2000 or with some custom Zorro expansion busboard in which the video slot does not line up with a Zorro slot in the exact geometry of A4000/A3000 daughterboards (which the PIV uses).

The only practical problem this causes (apart from the slight cable clutter) is the lack of Paula audio pass-through once the flicker-fixer module has been separated, but there are headers on both the module and the PIV to remedy this (see photo).

Connecting them with a standard 4-wire CD cable restores Paula audio pass-through in the PIV.

For some reason I couldn't read the other answers, hence my question.

Thanks for the information

I didn't know that the card have a Paula pass through ^^ out of curiosity that's used in which case?

It looks like a A1200 micronik busboard similar to the one sardine is selling here

https://www.amibay.com/showthread.php?92792-Micronik-A-1200-6860-rev-5-44-busboard

so any 1200 tower which can house them busboards there are a few different types of micronik busboards

but remember you will need the video slot enabler to use the video slot on these busboards

Yeah ok but... what is the purpose of the Paula passthrough?

The Picasso IV has an audio selector. It has 4 inputs IIRC:

1. Concierto add-on module
2. CD-in header of PIV (not to be confused with the CD-in header on an A4000 motherboard)
3. Mic-in jack/header
4. Paula audio pass-through (via the video slot)

So it's a convenience feature: you can connect a single set of speakers to the line-out jack of the PIV and use the provided audio selector utility to choose which source is passed-through.

(of course, as correctly pointed out, the video slot on some custom busboards needs to be "enabled", the enabler might only connect to Denise/Lisa in which case no audio would be available in the busboard's video slot. The fully spec'ed video slot carries both the raw and filtered audio output of Paula, IIRC).
