I've got a PicassoIV graphics card for sale. Included is the scan doubler as you can see in the photos. 
I purchased this and only plugged it in ONCE. My 4000 booted with a black screen and didn't go any further. I then packed it away with the intention of testing at some later date...but that later date never came
So I haven't checked anything, changed any jumpers or anything like that. It may very well work fine, half work, or not work at all. I recommend this for someone who has some kind of an idea what they are doing
