I've had no contact from rickenee since payment was sent for the card via email or PM here - even though they visited the site less than an hour after I paid so I have now opened a dispute via Paypal to either prompt them to contact me or to start to recover the money I have paid.

Guess at this point I am probably still looking for a Picasso IV...

Since I've been refunded my money by Paypal after rickenee vanished I am definitely looking for this card again.

Couple of additional points for interested sellers to consider after what has happened to me this time:

Unless I can physically call to collect the card in person, I will only make payment via Paypal as a transaction - I will happily pay the fees.
Again, unless I can physically call to collect in person, I will not be looking to buy the card from someone new with zero feedback.
