Nothing too exciting since the retr0 budget is locked down...

P1040783.JPG

A nice little bookcase for my newer console Games and the few DVD's I own! Better than how they were stacked up in various places anyway :)

Ooh, that looks smart. :D

You might want to store the Wii Balance Board flat, though - Wii Fit Plus occasionally pops up a mention of this advice, so I assume that storing it vertically may cause some issue or other somewhere down the line. ;)

i got these today to help with my folding and now and again a bit of gaming to go in here with my i5 2500k

i have a 3 msi 460s,1 msi 560ti,2 evga 660s sc and these zotac 760s

all my 260s have now been decommissioned from folding all 5 of them

just waiting to get my hands on a i7 4770K and Asus Z87-A Socket 1150 to build a new machine

NIIIIIIICE! I have a similar Cooler from ThermalTake which has two 120mm fans. Quite an easy OC.

Star Wars: X-Wing

Star Wars: X-Wing

finally broke down and picked up the Star Wars: X-Wing miniatures game.

Picked up 2 starting sets (largely because all the individual X-Wing fighter add-on packs seem to be sold out), a TIE Advanced, 2 - Y-Wings and the Millennium Falcon.

so my starting fleets are (a little light):

2x X-Wings
2x Y-Wings
1x Millennium Falcon

4x TIE fighters
1x TIE Advanced

probably add a few ships each month, tho i also want to pick up Star Trek Tactics II and Wings of Glory: WWI

also finally got around to assembling a Death Star model i have had for ages to use as a backdrop.

Maybe the problem was kick 3.1? Right now the case is having a sunbath and TroelsDK's missing keys are in a letter waiting for me to get to the post office ;-) There's one complete old style keyboard available in evilbay, but it's qwertz-version...

What by the way happened to rev 1 and 2? Are those prototypes? Why this is rev 3 but there's no "rev3" text at the MB?

Could be like demolition said, maybe it's bad or just locks up, it happens quite a lot on revision 3 boards.

1 and 2 are prototypes and there is no revision 3 on the board, cause they called it B52 / Rock Lobster.
The early revision 5 was also called like that.

Thanks! Normally it's stored under the Sofa, it was just moved for tidying up :)

I bought a couple of book cases, this one being the perfect size. Both local collect from eBay.

The other looked really small in the pic but when I gt there it was a huge great oak thing! Barely got it in the car and no idea what to do with the bloody thing now

Well for now it's housing some boxed consoles and stuff in my office

Got to love photos with no sense of scale!

Going to post a picture of that one, too? :p

Less than a pint of beer down my local :-D
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.5; en-gb; HTC_DesireHD Build/GRJ90) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1

Even if your local has high prices, that's good. Nice one.

Ok, thanks for the info.

BTW, the song "Rock Lobster" is on Rock Band 3. Quite a funny song.

I was waiting to take a "family" picture.

So let's see:

1- Quickpad backpack :)

2- PC4 handeld (nasty backup batteries corroded a part of the board) :(

3- Quickpad IR version, with the IR USB interface :)

4- DivIDE 57d kit (still gathering the parts) :blased:

5- 1531 to user port adapter.:)

6- A decent multimeter (Mastech MS8268) with capacitor & transistor tester. A beast of a tester for the money asked!

7- C16 from Exilent. Missing a keycap, missing main chips. Part of a project.:thumbsup:

8- Three Apple ADB mouse, belated gift from my anniversary (as the items 1, 2, 3 & 6).:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

9- Replacement kernel ROM for my C64G. Thanks again, Exilent!

10- C64c case for my 64DTV project. Exilent is the name here, too.

Not pictured:

Over 20 of 24512 chips (64kb SRAM) for various projects (VIC20 RAM expansion, DivIDE, ZX81 RAM replacement, etc);

Cache stick for my IBM Aptiva P150 retro-pc.

USB Wi-Fi adapter and lots of other small goodies.

Ordered one of these last night, hopefully coming in the next couple of weeks.

Extremely well priced along with favourable reviews :) (under £100 shipped to the UK!)

Not new but working properly for the first time since I got it.

This Macintosh SE FDHD had lots of bad luck.

When it was delivered to me the neck of the CRT was broken during transit. I did not know that and when I switched it on it looked like a fireworks factory inside.

The ram had also come loose.

Got a new CRT and re seated the ram. System booted but no image.

Video board needed replacing. So I got one.

Still not working properly. Friend of mine opened it up and found that the TDA IC was soldered the other way round.

New TDA soldered in place and it is working perfectly now.
