Jeez scrappy, how do you find the room for those! I do like display cabs tho. I'd really like a Dreamcast one as I played Ready to Rumble boxing on one back in the day. Didnt buy a DC tho. Just picked up Kirbys Adventure on the Wii for a great price from Gumtree (out of a lot, just asked for that game on it's own), so Im stoked about that!
You know you live on that big sand stone hill mate..... and people in nott's have digging their own basements for centuries ..... time to get the pick and shovel out !
And with the size of the hill your on you could make a 3 story basement and still have loads of room for expansion
bought the wife a wii last saturday i think..
Just finished with the tweeks that have to happen to them when you buy them and hooked up a 250gb external drive to it.
All seems to be working well.
also bought my self a xbox 360 after glow controller "wooo" i had no idea it was after glow untill i pluged it n and was blinded by led's Its my own fault really for buying it from a carboot sale But atleast i no longer have to mess about with xbcd to try and get my game pad games to work.
new projector finally arrived. not as good as i had hoped for but for the price cant complain, i only use it to watch films and tv shows. i have set it up as a massive 640 x 480 as it's scaling for 1080p is horriffic. but 640x480 is plenty fine for films and tv shows with my eyes.
I guess that is about it. although i swear there was more.
These are for sure NEW OLD STOCK, being the first owner since manufacture mid 80's I think its acceptable? Although now I've had my grubby hands all over one of them I suppose it no-longer applies to both
Anyways I'm now the proud owner of two brand spanking new Tatung Einstein 256's...
Got my new oscilloscope delivered today. All the options had a trial period. I however enabled them with the code generator.
Info about the code generator is around the long thread in the EEVblog forum. Anyway you should use code DSER (buggy 500uV option NOT enabled) with the code generator located at http://gotroot.ca/rigol/riglol/
My old scope was the DS1052E hacked into the 100MHz model. I used it a lot for fixing old 8bit computers and checking C64 PSUs.
The composite is still there, integrated into the 3,5mm jack with audio. I'm actually curious whether you can use a regular stereo audio plug in this jack?
