- I was ill for a while, I didn't want to take any risks and solder again immediately until I confirmed my problem, it appears it's acid reflux related and not a chest infection or cancer. luckily. my acid reflux currently seems much better than usual so I'm not worried anymore, bread is the only thing that triggers it, so trying to cut down on it.

And btw guys:

The respected `GadgetUK164 - Retro Gaming Repairs & Mods` made a video which includes both my joy/mouse switcher and the quad-rom for the a500:

I also feel I need to point out that the quad-rom switcher again was designed by Kipper2k and the pic code was written by Mike Stirling who is also designing a FPGA a500 accelerator with kipper2k (see other forum or mikes blog ) so thank you both of you for the amazing design skills.

item built and tested . Sending tomorrow .

Will build the other two customers units tomorrow . And should have them both shipped Thursday .

Work continues tonight on two quad roms .

I am taking orders so if anyone is interested pm me . Typically 1-2 day turn around at this time so no real waiting :)

Friendly reminder.

if you are unsure about installation please contact me , it is better to be safe than sorry ! A miss alignment can fry your quad rom and while I know this community to be honest I don’t want you to make any mistake we could have prevented in the first place . Pm me your setup before turning it on and I can confirm good / bad :) before the black smoke.

Hi there ! I’m glad it arrived eventually ( coronavirus delayed it somewhere ) I remembered just recently that I forgot to put the jumper header on your rom by mistake hopefully you won’t have any trouble soldering one on yourself .

Dont know what you mean exactly ? Power is required to switch the rom via reset
