thanks :)

I going to used Geany for programming stuff and what about you?

Once the system has halted, just turn the power off

It'd be sweet to come up with some kind of basic on off switch circuit for between the power cable and the Pi, which could then be fitted snugly into a case...

Congrats John!

Need to pick mine back up. Hopefully some of the OS have improved some more during my time being side tracked.

Look at this:

hi amineo which os did you use

Tried a few, XBMC, the 2 debian varients (of which I found the alpha that was in development more usable) and fedora remix.

@LTAC - O.O whats that? It looks juicily retro...

I have received mine from Farnell this week- 3 days after placing the order and supposed to wait 5 weeks

Anyone tried finding a suitable keyboard and mouse for their Pi? I've been looking for a suitable wireless set on a budget and unless you're willing to pay more than the Pi it seems there are only 1 or 2 cheap plastic 'change batteries every day' things out there.

What im after would be a small netbook sized keyboard with a mouse that shares the same wireless receiver... The receiver should be a nano type (ie tiny). This is because the Pi only has 2 usb ports the other I was hoping to get a wifi dongle into

So... anyone seen anything suitable about? Ideally I would love the keyboard to be an island chiclet style too (like the one on the Samsung NC110) and white... but that may be asking too much :p
