SCM Microsystems PCD-50B SCSI Multicard reader/writer
Comes with 5 slots, each with their own LUN (I've had three slots running simultaneously on my A3KD).
Barely used (bought it from Mechware) since I focused on upgrading my A1200 at the time and put the 3K in a wardrobe.
Autobooting (may require updated kickstart)
note: I don't know if it makes any difference but I updated the stock Western Digital SCSI-chip (00-04 PROTO) with the AMD SCSI-chip.
