Sega cd model 1 broken PCM chip

this is a problem ive been experinceing lately, the hardware works fine, its just that chip wich is broken, how can i get that replaced?.

Did you try to replace the capacitors from the sound part ?
I had no sound at all on a Super Famicom , I replaced all capacitors and now it's working.
If this doesn't help , you can try to do a reflow on the sound chip with a heat gun.

Well, the problem is, i dont have any of that, and im lost on where i can get it serviced, but it isnt a model 2, its a model 1 sega cd wth the same problem.

i gonna do that on my mega cd1,just repaired the laser,its now taking backups,but the sound is verry messed up,so better change the capacitors,gonna order them soon.
the second url don't now its for sega cd1 or 2,but i think its for 1,mega cd is v1 off sega's cd,sega's 2nd version was sega cd2.

well, all i need is the sound fixed , evrything else is fine.
