Sega cd model 1 broken PCM chip

Did you try to replace the capacitors from the sound part ?
I had no sound at all on a Super Famicom , I replaced all capacitors and now it's working.
If this doesn't help , you can try to do a reflow on the sound chip with a heat gun.

Well, the problem is, i dont have any of that, and im lost on where i can get it serviced, but it isnt a model 2, its a model 1 sega cd wth the same problem.
