I agree with @miggymad.
I am a long time member in eBay, so the 10 have been dropped to 3 maybe. But due to my experience now, i don't care that much about trust. Because i know when/where i am taking a risk or not.
I am few months here, so the trust probably is above 9 for sure.

It's a question worth asking. Everyone should ask themselves this question, to know where they stand and as you've pointed out, adjust accordingly if needed.

You want to know something funny? eBay is 10 again for me! ...because I now use it mostly as a link to low-cost Chinese origin goods and components, and there it provides a reliable safe link. Even I'm laughing at this total trust I am declaring here in this convicted criminal organization.
