.. this is a standard 15Khz - Monitor so you can use an adaptercable from the 23-Pin Video-Out of the Amiga to the BNC-Connectors

VGA-like signals (31Khz) are NOT supported by this monitor.

Yes, it will work.
Commodore 23-pin to VGA adapter on the A500, then a breakout cable VGA->BNC (RGBHV).
I'm using the same setup with a PVM, works great.

Don't most PVMs have 4 BNC connections (RGBH) and not 5 BNC (RGBHV)?

Correct.

To output C-Sync using a Commodore VGA adapter, a small modification must be done to it (cut one trace and solder a wire).
By default they route H/V sync to the VGA connector.

Do you have a link to what needs to be done? I just got a pvm and I'd like to get this working.

If you say I'm correct, then why do you say we need a RGBHV cable?

For a B/PVM with RGBHV inputs, no change is needed and the adapter + RGBHV cable will work.
If you only have RGB+CSync inputs, the adapter will need to be modified but you still can use an RGBHV cable (according to VGA pinout, pin 13 can carry either C-Sync or H-Sync).

I don't have a link, I just used a multimeter to figure out the wiring inside the adapter and made the change according to the pinout.
There's a buffering IC inside, all you need to do is cut the trace that goes from the 23-pin connector H-Sync to the IC and connect the C-Sync instead.

If you need help I can take my adapter apart and take photos.

Yes, 'Ext Sync' is Composite Sync so you'll need the mod.
Before you buy this cable, make sure the Sync BNC is connected to the H/C-Sync pin of the VGA (I assume it is, but doesn't hurt to ask).

So I asked the seller, and they said it doesn't have the Sync BNC connected to the HC/Sync pin. But they didn't tell me what pin it is connected to either....

Should i just but a vga to 5 BNC cable (RGBHV) and one of the sync BNC cables will be the one I need and leave the other one disconnected?

Sorry for my ignorance. I know little about RGB and Sync.

Doing some reading, and I need an RGBS cable right? Where the 'S' means composite and the HSync and VSync are combined, right?

it's not as simple as just joining the two BNC connectors into 1 I would suspect.

The 5 BNC cable should be fine, you'll only need to use the H-Sync BNC.
Creating Composite sync from H/V is more complex than joining the wires, but since the Amiga already outputs it, there's no need.
