Hi All,
I'm from Dublin and have just discovered your great forum which I'm sure I'll spend a lot of time enjoying in the coming months.
I've owned an ST(FM) since 1989 (a replacement for my 2600 which still works perfectly). I used it for gaming initially and then for making music using programs like Stereo Master and Quartet.
Had the machine in the attic for the past 7 or 8 years and it now appears to have died (hoping it's just the internal power supply unit) but am trying to get it ship-shape again. They were, and continue to be, great machines in my humble opinion: innovative, stable, under-utilised and such an elegant design.
Look forward to joining in.
Jonathan
P.S. I like the Amiga, too!
