Ok, i may seem a bit geek now, but i cannot help it.

Even though i got a full working disk set of this game (from fitzsteve ),
i still want to configure it to run through whdload.

Since it always freezes after the intro, i assume that more memory or mmu or more cpu power is needed when running it through whdload.
So, i plugged the CF in the PC and tried to run it through WinUAE.
Alas, even with more memory and faster cpu, the @#$%@&*^&%# game still freezes after the intro.
I have tried a couple of different zips, but the result is exactly the same.

I have seen related threads in eab (http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=53877 or http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=16344), and in whdload.de (http://mantis.whdload.de/view.php?id=2179).

This means that this game is unconfigurable through whdload, or there is a know configuration that really works?

Or i am going ?

Really? It's been a very long time, but I ran it in WinUAE ok. no idea what the setup config was though. The game on real hardware will run on a standard A1200 with hdd and no accelerator, so it didn't have any special requirements other than being to be installed.

I also had trouble getting that game to work with whdload and in the end gave up and bought the floppies.

It really puzzles me how a game that works in plain Α1200, cannot be configured to play through Whdload:nuts:

Why do you need to use WHDLoad though? The game is natively HDD installable.

Honestly i dont know why. you can call it obsession, madness, whatever:roll:
