my CDX ... that's the most "rare" thing I own ATM :lol::lol:

The C1581 and C1571 disk drives are probably quite common in the rest of the world but I think they were pretty scarce back in the day in Finland.

The rarest Amiga is probably my A3000T040, they were a lot less sold than 3000T.
Not that rare, but pretty hard to get, Cyberstorm PPC 060/200 and Blizzard 2060.

I also have an Atari Portfolio (same as the one in T2) but can't find it ATM, I think it's in the shed in a box of bits and peices.

All mine are sadly extremely common but my most treasured is easily my Jap Dreamcast I got imported as a gift on launch 1998, a full year before its UK release. I installed a chip into it to make it able to boot any region and it boots PAL, US and Jap games equally fine eliminating the need for me to also have a UK PAL machine. :D

Most of mine are fairly common too...

The rarest piece of hardware I have is probably the Nintendo 64 Z64 Mr. Backup unit. It's very hard to find one these days, although I'm currently looking to sell mine.

you all make me sick lol..

I have a nes, with solar jetman, shaddow gate, and faxanadu.

Some where I have an acorn electron with sphinx adventuers

And bundled up with the electron, zx. and ST. is one of these
"minus the gun"

of course when i say "some where" that could well be in a landfill some where by now.
Parents probably "cleaned" back in 96 and who knows whats happedn to the stuff:picard

Sold my A3000T to Dr.Who last fall, but I still have a photo of it as my wall paper on my iPhone.
Not anything "Super" now, but I still have "Part" of an Adam computer. I got rid of the PET and Commodore PC II.
I also sold my NTSC (Canadian) A600.
so now I just have the (empty) Bomac Tower, an A4000D with a Hi flyer case coming for it, 2 A500's, and 2 A1000's.
And a few Tandy's buried in the bottom of the closet.

The rarest Amiga is probably my A3000T040, they were a lot less sold than 3000T.
Not that rare, but pretty hard to get, Cyberstorm PPC 060/200 and Blizzard 2060.

Interested!, PM sent!!!

:interested:

(lol.... I am joking, really.... .... honestly I am.... )

The rarest amiga related stuff i got is i think :

A500 new in mint box + all accessoires
new American A4000 keyboard
new tank mouse.
Megachip new in box

I don't think I own anything that could be classed as 'rare'. I've got a few uncommon/desirable items though, including an A3000 and a Cyberstorm '060 card.

The closest thing I have to a 'collectible' is probably my copy of the 1997 Doctor Who novel "Lungbarrow"

Although I do know a guy who has a bunch of Acorn Phoebe prototype motherboards. They're pretty rare!

Software wise it's definitely Giana Sisters, first release Big Box for Amiga. Hardware wise...dunno. So many things I have lol :D

Retro Radio? Does that count?

Retro Radio? Does that count?

I don't have anything I would class as rare Miggy wise, CS MKIII & CVPPC combo is about as close as I get, but they they are just slightly uncommon compared to what you guys have.

The rarest thing I have (electronics-wise, barely) is an early WWII Murphy Radio and it still works! Well, after it heats up a bit and I can only get one station on it, Radio 4!
Needs an aerial. Maybe I should place a wanted ad!

Looking at it, I can almost hear all those war time broadcasts coming through its single big speaker........... If I find an aerial it will be Led Zeppelin instead!

I have software wise the Original Defender of the crown (popcorn) boxed game :)

then Lords of the Rising sun and It came from the desert....

who said I am/was not a Cinemaware fan

I dont have much rare stuff if i'm honest. Two harder to find games I own are a complete pristine boxed copy of Macross Scrambled Valkyrie and a loose cart of Pocky & Rocky 2, both on the snes.

Rare software-wise I've got a near complete collection of Playstation 1 RPGs, and some of these have been rare for a long time. F.ex:

Suikoden I and II
Valkyrie Profile
Persona
Lunar Silver Star Story Box Set
Lunar 2 Eternal Blue Box Set
Arc the Lad Collection
Brigandine
Takes of Destiny
Legend of Mana
Xenogears
etc.

I collected these back when the PSOne was still current, and directly imported new sealed US NTSC games that didn't get a UK release directly from the USA or Canada. Same with Dreamcast games, especially SNK 2D fighting games.

Rarest game I have is the old PC game Daggerfall from the Elder Scroll series but I do have the Amiga game It Came From The Desert 2 still in shrink wrap, { Not sure if this would be classed as rare }
