Hi guys, today I received my shipment, but unfortunately in this state as in the pictures below. As long as the card can only wrap bubble wrap and put in a simple envelope failure. Controller broken in half, bent plate.
Is it really so difficult to add a stiffener? in spite of this that the envelope was two times greater than the controller?:double

To broken card a very high force has been applied as card is robust. This is first case and also with a reinforcement, card would be broken due to the applied force. I use about 4 cm in bubble paper.

However I have offered a refund to superbonio.
