Unwanted HW/SW donation

Hi, I seem to remember that there was a section for donating unwanted HW/SW.
I think you had to have a certain amount of feedback before being able to access it, but I cannot find it anymore.
Is it still active?

No it wasn't being used so was merged with the standard Hardware and Software for sale sections.

On the drop down list of prefixes you'll find one for Offered - this is what you are looking for.
