Thanks for the kind words and tips. Runs really smooth and responsive. Windows rating score is 7.2 overall. But I need to tweak some things like ram timing.
Oooh, PSU on the bottom, I like.
I've always thought it bad design to have the heaviest component suspended in the air by 4 small screws. If it were to come off it would come crashing down onto the video card...
I just tested Modern Warfare 3 and it runs smooth on all highest settings so can't complain. Have asked the missus to pick up Crysis 2 for me whilst she's out shopping![]()
i couldnt recommend asus boards personallygl with the comp though steve
i have had plenty of asus boards and have had no problems with them i use 2 now with my i5 750s great boards
Have you played Witcher 2 yet?
I haven´t had an AMD cpu for a while but I reckon yours should be plenty enough for that game and it is very, very good indeed.
So when you´re done with the first person shooters, get ready for modern gaming at its best![]()
Mr Fitz,
What PeeCee games do you play online chap?
My main problem with online gaming these days is you don't get a level playing field anymore, those who play 30-40hrs a week have all the upgraded guns and I have to run around with a pee shooter
Being spawn killed gets old very quick :-(
Yeah agreed, I actually quit playing BF3 as I seem to have a spud gun and don't play 24/7
Might have to give you a race on Dirt 3 though![]()
Next installed my new Motherboard, didn't spend as much on the Motherboard this time.
