I got this converter in a job lot of stuff a while back and have only gave it a quick test using a playstation on a lcd monitor (pic attached). According to the short instruction manual it can take a VGA signal and output a composite video signal as well as video to VGA. I have only tried video to VGA as the photo shows. The colour was a bit dark but I didn't change any monitor settings or any settings on the device itself which has a lot of options in it's OSD menu. VGA output ranges from 800x600 up to 1920x1200 at 50 or 60 hz. I don't have the original power supply but do have a suitable zip drive power supply I will include but it will need a standard figure of 8 power cable to plug it in.
