I've been buing stuff from these guys for a long time.

In total I've ordered from them 8 times since 2016.

Each time it's been fast and very professional. Parcels leaves their hands reasonably fast for the most part, and shipping from Spain to Norway is fast enough, it's Norwegian Customs that can be the bottleneck. Sometimes they delay a parcel for up to a week!

I've never had to do any exception handling with them (lost parcels, returns, refunds or warranty cases) - so I can't speak as to how that experience might be. But I've been in contact with them for support for products I've bought and they have all but once replied promptly.

Last time I contacted them was to notify them that a driver floppy they supplied with their hardware wasn't compatible with the firmware of the product they sold. I never heard back on that one, which is kinda lax of them.

But I'm impressed with the selection in their catalogue, and I would not hesitate to order again from them.

I really do encourage all kinds of feedback in this thread, I want it to be a collection of honest experiences - good, bad, neutral, meh and exceptional.

And do remember that experiences are subjective. Even if you're unhappy with a shop, someone else are entitled to their opinion that it's the retro kingdoms saviors.

You bought from everywhere so it seems.
They are perfectly fine in my opinion.
Good stuff and no problem.

For sure, still got several shops "up my sleve" but I'll wait to post about them until later - let the board "absorb" these threads first 😂

Also, some of the places I've shopped I want the transactions to "complete" before I share my experience.

I bought a Furia from them a few years back and despite all their stuff allegedly being tested, the socket had a bit of plastic stuck in it which stripped one of the pins from the 68K. I was completely ignored by them until I raised a Paypal case and will not use them again.

Have used Amigastore.eu a few times. Last time got stung on customs and also had a damaged Mediator board. To be fair they did communicate back. Would I use them again? Most probably.

Ordered multiple times from them, no issues so far. They are prompt and nice in communications, at least in my experience. This is right now my main source to order Amiga related hardware.

Bought from them a dozen times since I came back to Amigaland and, at least for me in Brazil, they have the best prices by far. No issues at all, also.

I have ordered from them half a dozen times. Every time was a good experience. They ship promptly. The biggest problem I had was when I ordered 2 x HxC drives they only had 1 in stock and emailed me the next day, which I missed. Once I reached out to them for shipping status they were very flexible and shipped everything else immediately and issued a refund for them item they ran out of stock for. They are my go to default store nowadays.

Ordered several times from them (inside europe boundaries).
From laser-upgrades for some mice, Greaseweazle or TF-card.
Complete amount around 600 euros, had no issues at all with any of my orders.

They also gave me a free 50 euros voucher for testing the IDE GottaGoFastram on an A1000 - single and with other peripherals. Also sent them photos for upgrading their manual.

Superb shop and kind support!

(AmigaStore and Alinea in Germany are the only stores I order at)

I received a new keyboard membrane for A600 that was creased from them packing too much into the size of box. Also the SDbox V2 doesn't work (seems to be hardware because I have tried everything else) and they sent a USB cable with the type C end while the SDbox has the older type. I am waiting for a reply on these thing.

I received membranes (A1200) from elsewhere that also had a crease, but worked fine -- still, let them know about it, as they are very responsive. The SD Boxes require a 2GB TF (uSD) card, which don't exist. Instead. take a larger card and make a single 2 GB partition. The brand of card does matter, so check the web for info on the SD Box

Thanks for the feedback. I bought the card from them for the specific reason that they mentioned their card would be compatible. Since you mentioned the max size is 2 GB, I noticed on Windows that it was a 4GB (card is 32 gb in total capacity). The card came with OS 3.2, the OS updates, and Kickstarts in various folders. Maybe they use this same card for when someone purchases OS3.2 and wants a microSD. I will try copying the contents to a windows folder, reformatting to 2gb (need to figure that out), and trying that in the SDbox

(Edit: AmigaStore product description says the SDBox V2 supports up to 4gb partitions so this looks okay)

I had to get the newest drivers from its GitHub, the ones from Amigastore.eu supplied on the floppy wasn't compatible with the firmware on the supplied device.

I sent them an email about this, but never heard back from them about it

I found the newest drivers worked! I have used the SDBox V2 on my 1200 and 600 (on 2.1) successfully. Thanks for the help.

I did run into a new issue with the parts from AmigaStore. The new 3.2.2 ROMs for my 1200 I received from them gave me random lockups. After a close inspection, the rom chips had multiple repaired pins. The pins were soldered over the stumps of broken pins. I put my 3.0 roms back into my 1200 and regained stability. I think the pins may have poor connections. At any rate, I can't believe they would send roms with repaired pins...frustrating to spend a couple hours trying to figure this out and now I have to wait to upgrade OS once again. I need to send an updated email about the SDBox situation and add this new issue.
