That is what I am saying he has replied back to me several times but nothing came of it and I really think he has no more purple cases and if that is the case war has been declared!!@Buzzfuzz He has no Purple cases for sale on eBay so I would say he has none left, he's also away till the new year now,.

He HAS sold purple cases on eBay if you look at the history and to add insult he sold them 9 months after I placed my order on his webstore. What a p***k.@Buzzfuzz He has no Purple cases for sale on eBay so I would say he has none left, he's also away till the new year now,.

I tried to order a purple case from Alinea but they turned around and told me they could not ship to the USA at present. I ordered my case in May and recently as 2 months ago he told me he had to charge a xtra 22 pounds because of tariffs which I said fine just bill me to get this order rollin. I have been told on Nov 28 he would bill me the next day, nothing, I was told in the beginning of Dec he was going to take care of it nothing. I went up on he web site now he is on vacation WHAT THE F#ck!!What I have done is ordered a purple case from Alinea. It is now on the way, and once I receive it and confirm the color I will give Steve 2 days after break and if no response initiate a chargeback to retropassion. F*** his games.

He then cancelled my order and refunded my money after jerking me around since May. This guy is a real work of art and if anyone is thinking about advance ordering the new key boards he is advertising think twice about it because this guy will take your money and sell all the keyboards he finally gets to the easiest sale. When he has them all sold then he will jerk you around until you had enough of his crap. I cannot get the purple 1200 case now because Alinea will not ship to me in USA. Sometimes life just plain sucks!
Well at least he finally refunded my money but the entire point was I wanted the limited edition case which due to his fuckery he screwed me out of it! I was just about to google the purple case. It's nice but, that color is not for me. I almost bought the Arashi grey/blue one, although i have a strong liking to white cases, not beige but, white. I sent Simon an email that his test shipment to the USA was delivered without issue after being shipped on December December 19th.
Also included in the package was my pre-order for the red AmiGUS Zorro card which I had placed months before the tariff debacle.
In December I added the Translucent Purple Limited Edition case while they were in stock. You have to jump on these things I have learned.
Both were shipped in a proper cardboard outer box, and not just the AmiGUS stuffed into the A1200 box, the A1200 box wrapped up in thin paper like how Retropassion ships their cases off ebay, so you get a damaged A1200 case box by the time it arrives to you. The outer box got damaged, but everything inside arrived pristine.
You might try contacting Simon again early next week.

Well I finally had a reply, so it's going to be refunded, so to be continued .....
I would not even bothered, he has no more of the purple cases. When I asked him if he even had any he turned around and cancelled my order after 8 months of holding my money and emails stating he would charge me the difference which he never did.I will give him until Friday the 16'th of Jan 2026 to send me a tracking number showing me the package is in the hands of the carrier before I initiate a chargeback.
