What's happening over at Retrorewind.ca?

I've got very little experience with this shop.

Placed my first order with them this year and it was for a diagrom dongle.

Fast handling and shipping was fast.

I really do encourage all kinds of feedback in this thread, I want it to be a collection of honest experiences - good, bad, neutral, meh and exceptional.

And do remember that experiences are subjective. Even if you're unhappy with a shop, someone else are entitled to their opinion that it's the retro kingdoms saviors.

They ship fast and everything is always packaged very professionally. I have had positive experiences with them. I did have one kickstsart ROM not work, but I didn’t contact them about it as I had spares anyway.

I have almost ordered the C64 diagnostic kit several times from them. I think I will try them out. Always good to have stores on the same continent.

Only positive experiences with them, fast and accurate shipping, low recapping costs and are often show up in a positive light on Chris Edwards Restoration YT channel.

Adding to the chorus, I have probably 4 orders with them that all went well, and have purchased from them in person at a couple of different retro events. Great shop, great hardware. Only wish they had more.

Ive been waiting 2 weeks for an update on an order. My credit card was charged immediately. No response from the company when asked about shipping.

Anyone else having issues?

Is this normal?

I got confirmation today. The shop owner had a serious medical emergency, glad he is ok now.
