According to DisplaySearch, netbooks and tablets rose from just under a 14% share of the overall portable computer market in third quarter of 2008 to around 20% in the second quarter of 2009, and remained at around 20% until the middle of 2010. so all in all i don't think MS are going to panic too much
what i think people on here forget is that we in general are not average users and as such we are in the minority, i really do believe that we forget that the masses are stupid and just because we know a certain OS is better it doesn't mean that it will take over
