Yeah 40.68 is regular A4k Rom.
Is there a hole under the labels if so yeah EEPROMS. Get them flashed to 3.2 since you own the license

back to this question have you tried the the mobo without any zorro boards attached?When trying the 3.2.2 roms have you tried with no zorros cards attached?
