There are no A1200/600 CF-adapters for sale now.
(Experimenting using epoxy glue in order to secure in place the connectors filled some ide socket contacts, it might be possible to repair some of these adapters.)

i have some 4gb cf cards that are 3.3v only and struggling to find an adapter that will directly on the motherboard with a jumper

Nope, the +5V supply from the IDE-header goes directly to the CF-connector.

hi thanks mkl got my ps/2 mouse adapter today. works great with a nice new 2nd optical ps/2 mouse. leaving feedback now

Is it possible to use a usb mouse like deathadder or mx revolution wireless with any hardware patch?
Only older optical mice do work.
Also there's limitation using the mouse input when dragging and clicking at the same time, doing fast moving tasks "lags/ignores" the input.
Other than that it's a great working adaptor.

Hi. By changing "solder blob" jumpers on V2.1 PCB, it will.
But the D9 connector may be a problem, same as with A600: it might not fit in the mouse hole in some models of the Atari ST.
